Preserving and curating memories — to pass down through generations
Every life is full of stories worth keeping — the family recipe, lessons it took a lifetime to learn, the voice we know by heart. Niran helps you capture and curate the stories of those you love — or your own — into something whole and beautiful, then turns them into a conversation you can always return to.
Every family has a grandmother who tells the same story again and again,
a father who never spoke what was in his heart,
a grandfather who passed before his grandchildren could know him.
We keep them with you, before it's too late.
Imagine this
The AI persona answers only from the real memories it holds. Notice the last reply — when asked about something they never shared, it tells you honestly instead of making things up.
Backed by research
Many worry that reopening memories will only deepen sadness, or keep us from moving on. But research in the psychology of ageing and end-of-life care points the other way — telling your own story, and keeping a bond with those you've lost, tends to make us steadier, not more fragile.
A meta-analysis pooling more than 40 studies of over 3,300 older adults found that "life review" — revisiting one's life story — significantly reduces depression and improves life satisfaction.
Dignity Therapy, which helps people record their stories for those they leave behind, has been shown to lower families' anxiety and depression, and to be a genuine source of comfort in bereavement.
The modern Continuing Bonds view of grief holds that keeping a connection with those we love, through memory, is a healthy way to cope — not a symptom to be fixed.
Drawing on published research in the psychology of ageing (reminiscence & life review therapy), palliative care (Dignity Therapy, Harvey Chochinov), and modern grief theory (continuing bonds — Klass, Silverman & Nickman).
Why we're different
AI "griefbots" abroad are often questioned for profiting from sorrow and creating a person without their consent. Niran chose another path — capturing memories while they are still here, able to sit and share, to give consent, and to be a gift to their loved ones themselves.
We design every question and conversation with an understanding of family bonds — not a cold piece of technology, but a warm space where their stories and essence are told and kept with care.
Some services polish stories with AI until they "don't sound like them." Our persona answers only from real memories, keeping their phrasing and voice. If it doesn't know, it says "they never shared that" instead of guessing.
Consent always comes first. The storyteller owns their story, decides who can access it, and families can delete anytime. We take something this tender seriously.
How it works
Our team (or you, through the app) interviews the storyteller with over 200 questions designed from the psychology of storytelling, recording audio and video in a warm setting.
We transcribe the audio and organize the stories into themes — childhood, family, career, beliefs, habits, and messages for those left behind — kept in a private memory vault.
We create a digital presence that answers in their real voice and stories — choose text, lifelike voice, or a video avatar you can see speak.
Children and grandchildren can talk, ask, and remember anytime — even future generations who never met them can come to know them through stories told in their own words.
What you get
Every story organized and searchable, with their original voice — kept safe forever.

See them speak through memory clips — our most lifelike option, for premium plans.
Optionally printed as a beautiful keepsake, to pass down through generations.
Invite family members to access the persona, as the storyteller allows.
Not just the big things
Some people fear their good memories will slowly fade with time — an ordinary day's photo, a laugh, a familiar phrase, the small things you don't want to forget. Niran is a place to "drop" those things anytime, and we'll keep them safe — so every memory, big and small, stays with you forever.
Everyday photos you don't want to lose
Short voice notes, or a laugh you know by heart
Daily stories, familiar sayings, or little lessons
Good moments to keep for those who come after
Preserve your own story
Not everyone is here to preserve someone else's memories — some want to set down their own, in their own words. Over a lifetime you've gathered lessons, beliefs, and stories worth far more than time should be allowed to erase. Niran helps you tell them, sort them, and keep them in order — like a library of a single life, one your children and grandchildren can open, listen to, and talk with in the years to come.
What your family will remember isn't a number in an account — it's your lessons, your way of seeing the world, and the stories you spent a lifetime refining.
Not only as "grandpa" or "grandma," but as someone who once had dreams, who fell, who loved, and who found their way through it all.
We help organize the stories scattered across memory, photos, and voice into clear, searchable, shareable form — a book of your life, told in your own voice.
The act of telling your story is itself a chance to look back on your life, see the worth of what you've done, and feel quietly proud of it again.
Our vision
Niran doesn't stop at chat. We're bringing memories closer and closer to "being with them," one step at a time — this is the path we're walking.
We carefully record the voice, stories, and essence of your loved one through interviews designed to draw out the deepest, truest memories — the foundation of everything.
Type with their persona anytime — ask about old times, for advice, or the family recipe, answered only from real memories.
Send voice messages back and forth, and hear replies in their own voice — one step closer to a real conversation.
Pick up the phone and talk in real time, just like calling them as you always did.
See them speak in video clips, created from the stories and voice they shared — memories you can see.
Video-call their persona in real time — see their face, hear their voice, and talk back instantly, as if they were right in front of you.
The final step of the dream — their presence in a humanoid robot, sitting there, talking, and truly being with the family once more.
Who it's for
Aged 35–55, beginning to see their parents grow older, who want to keep their stories and voice before the chance is gone — and keep them for their own children to know too.
Children and grandchildren working in other cities or countries can feel close to their family roots again, through stories told in their loved one's own words.
Elders who want to pass on their wisdom, lessons, and love to those they leave behind — in their own words, while they still can.
Families who've received hard news about health and want to keep every remaining second — we care for them with special understanding.
Trust is at the heart of what we do
The storyteller gives clear consent, and decides who may access the persona — including the terms after they are gone.
We're clear that this is an AI built from memories — not a resurrection, and never claiming to be the real person.
Families can delete their data and the persona at any time, with no strings attached.
Data is encrypted, never sold, and never used to train public models. Your data is 100% your family's.
We have guidance and psychologist partners for families going through loss or tender times.
The persona answers only from real memories. If it doesn't know, it says "they never shared that" — never inventing to please.
What to expect
We talk to understand your needs, choose a plan, and prepare the storyteller — including recording consent.
The interview session — recording audio and video in a warm setting, at home or wherever they feel at ease.
We curate the memories, build the AI persona, and prepare voice and video according to your plan.
Your family receives the memory vault and a persona ready to talk — along with a memory book, if included.
Voices from families
"When we heard grandma answer about her tom yum just like when she was still here, the whole house was in tears. It felt like having her back."
"I regret not asking my dad while he was still here, so I want my mum to record everything — before it's too late again."
"What moved me was that it doesn't make things up. When I ask about something grandma never told, it says so honestly — that's what makes it feel real."
* We're welcoming our first group of families. The words above reflect the experience we aim to create — not published real reviews, for the sake of transparency.
Frequently asked
No — this is the heart of what we do. The persona is built to answer only from the real memories it holds. If you ask about something with no information, it tells you honestly: "they never shared that," instead of inventing — to keep the truth of who they are.
Absolutely. On the Legacy plan and above, our team comes to interview in person. They simply sit and share their stories; we handle all the technical parts.
Your data is encrypted and belongs only to your family. We don't sell it or use it to train public models. The storyteller decides who can access the persona, and families can delete it anytime. We comply with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Usually around 3–4 weeks — from scheduling, the interview, and curation, to delivering a persona ready to talk.
The yearly fee covers secure data storage and continued AI use — it's how we guarantee the memories truly last "forever." You can cancel anytime, and you still keep the memory vault and book.
Yes, if there's enough existing audio or video. But we strongly recommend starting "while they're still here," for the deepest, truest stories — and direct consent from them.
